Letter: Tighter is brighter

Two ADN letter-writers have recently decried my war on wasted words. I refer them to Shakespeare’s Polonius: Brevity is the soul of wit.

Which, in further pursuit of conciseness, I would rewrite thusly: Tighter is brighter.
